Terms and Conditions
Please read the following statements carefully before ordering any products from Edibell. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Please also understand that if you refuse to any of these statements, you will not be able to order any products from us.
Edibell Food Ltd trades as a health and fitness food business under the company number 11063411.
Our correspondence address is 174 Washway Road, Sale, Cheshire, M33 6RH.
Edibell Food only deliver to residents in the UK. We aim to be able to deliver products nationwide via our courier service “DPD,” but if you fall outside our current delivery area we will inform you immediately and fully refund and payment you may have already made.
By placing an order with Edibell, you agree that:
– You are
legally and mentally capable of entering into a contract
– You are at least 16 years old.
We cannot accept your order unless you acknowledge these conditions fully.
We will consult with you initially by telephone or via email. During this conversation we will discuss your goals and physical aspirations. We will agree on how we can achieve these goals and tailor make a plan for you. You can then decide if you want to go ahead with your order, at which time we will ask for any allergies/intolerances we need to be made aware of, your likes and dislikes from our product list, delivery frequency/time/method/address etc.
It is ALWAYS your responsibility to provide full and accurate information, especially about any allergies or intolerances. Edibell will NEVER supply customers with any product if we believe that the severity of any allergy is such that such supply could be hazardous.
When placing an order you will receive an e-mail or message from us confirming receipt of said information, once this is sent, our “contract” is now in effect.
You are not bound by any minimum order. You may choose to renew each week/month as you see fit. You are also free to change meals/ingredients/snacks etc as often as you wish.
You do not have any right to cancel an order once this is accepted by Edibell.
We deliver delicious, fresh meals to your door twice weekly to ensure the quality of our food isn’t compromised. (Sunday and Wednesday.) We offer a nationwide service to users in the mainland United Kingdom only.
You will receive tracking information from our courier service “DPD” as soon as your meals leave our kitchens to make their way to you. All of our meals are quality checked before they leave us, our packaging is temperature controlled and has been extensively tested to make long transits. You can use your tracking information to update your driver with “safe place” information if you are unavailable at their estimated time of delivery.
If you do not provide “safe place” information and your products cannot be delivered whatsoever, we cannot redeliver.
We accept no liability for the actions of such courier service “DPD” if you do not take delivery of your Edibell products as specified on your tracking information.
* Please note: we will deliver to your workplace etc if you specify this to begin with. This ensures that you can always receive your products.*
If your delivery details change, you must inform us as soon as possible, if we can change this, we always will. Once delivered to the specified place of delivery, the responsibility of such products is yours.
We accept a range of payment types, though we do not accept cheques. Our bank details will be on your invoice.
If we have to issue a refund to you, we shall try to do so within 7 – 10 days.
Our liability for failing to deliver products of satisfactory quality or otherwise breaking this contract is limited to the price of those Products.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b)Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
(c)For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
(d)For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage.
If you have an allergy or other aversion, for example, to nuts you must enquire before placing an order.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between us.
